How do I invite a colleague to view candidate results?

How to invite a hiring manager or other colleague to view candidate assessment or reference check results

With HiPeople you're able to control and limit what others in your organisation can see and do. If you'd like to invite a colleague to a role you're working on, first they need to be invited on an account level. The below article has in-depth steps on how to do this:

Once the user is invited to your HiPeople account, follow the steps below:

1. Locate the job you'd like to edit/update name name of from the Jobs button on the left navigation bar and use the Search box to quickly find the job and click on it:

2. Click the 3-dot options button in the top right corner of your screen and select the Update job button:

3. Click through until you reach the Add Team Members page and here you can edit the who should have what access level to that particular job & results.

First select the user you'd like to invite from the Name drop down list.

Then select which Permission level you'd like them to have

Admin allows them to edit the content of the job and Viewer only allows them to view results:

4. Click through to the final page and select the Edit job button to save the changes.

5. The team member will now see that job in their jobs list.
