Customizing colors in your organization settings allows you to align the visual elements of HiPeople's candidate-facing products (Assessments and Reference Checks) with your brand identity. This enhances the candidate experience and ensures your employer brand safety.

How to Set Custom Colors

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings

    • Log in to your account.

    • Go to the Org Settings section from the main menu.

  2. Access "My Organization"

    • Within Org Settings, select the "My Organization" tab.

  3. Set Custom Colors

    • In the My Organization section, you will find options to set your custom colors.

    • Use the color picker to choose your desired color.

    • Alternatively, you can enter specific color codes using HEX or RGB values.

  4. Preview the Changes

    • You can preview how the buttons and other elements will look for candidates.

    • This preview helps you ensure the chosen colors match your brand identity effectively.

Who Can Do This?

  • Only Org Admins in organizations on Scale or Enterprise plans have the permissions to set custom colors.

By following these steps, you can ensure that the candidate-facing products such as Assessments and Reference Checks reflect your brand identity, providing a consistent and professional experience for your candidates.
