Make sure to use / mind the following browsers and devices for a seamless candidate experience.

To ensure you have the best experience while using our HiPeople assessments, it's important to use compatible devices and browsers. Here is a guide based on our extensive testing.

Supported Devices and Browsers

  1. iPhone Models:

    • All iPhones from iPhone 11 onwards

  2. Android Models:

    • Google Pixel 3, 4, 5, Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22, Note 20; Google Pixel 4 XL, 6, 6 Pro; OnePlus 7, 8, 9 series; Huawei P30, P40 series; Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 11 series; Sony Xperia 1 II, 5 II, 1 III, 5 III; LG V60 ThinQ, Velvet, Wing

  3. Browsers:

    • Chrome (recommended for Android and iPhone)

    • Safari (on iPhone)

By using these supported devices and browsers, you can ensure a smooth and seamless experience with our video functionality.

Unsupported Devices and Browsers

To avoid potential issues, please do not use the following devices and browsers:

Unsupported Devices

  1. iPhone Models:

    • iPhones with iOS versions lower than 11 (e.g., iPhone 8 with iOS 12)

    • Older iPhones that may have issues enumerating devices (e.g., iPhone XS with iOS 14)

  2. General Android Devices:

    • Older or less powerful models that may not meet the required performance standards (specific models not listed, but older than Google Pixel 3 or equivalent)

Unsupported Browsers

  • Browsers other than Chrome or Safari

    • For iOS: Avoid browsers other than Safari and Chrome.

    • For Android: Avoid browsers other than Chrome.

Recommendations

  • iPhone Users: Use iPhones from iPhone 11 onwards, and update to at least iOS 14. Use Chrome or Safari.

  • Android Users: Use recent, high-end Android models and ensure your OS is up-to-date. Use Chrome.
