1: If you haven't, follow this guide to install our chrome extension.

2: Go to the page where you usually do notes in Prompt and open up the chart

3: Open the Chrome Extension and navigate to the session you want to put in Prompt

4: In order for EHR sync to work for prompt, make sure the section name in Hippo Scribe matches the title of the text boxes in prompt. Such as Assessment, and Contraindications to Therapy in the following photos

5: Click the Sync to EHR button and you will see all the section with the same name sync'ed to Prompt.
