Step 1: Export Voice Memo to Files

1. Open the Voice Memos app on your iPhone.

2. Find and select the voice memo you wish to upload.

3. Tap the three dots (•••) next to the voice memo or below it, depending on your iOS version.

4. Select Share from the menu.

5. In the sharing options, choose Save to Files.

6. Choose a location within the Files app (e.g., iCloud Drive, On My iPhone) where you want to save the memo.

7. Tap Save to export the memo to the Files app.

Step 2: Go to Hippo Scribe on Your Browser

1. Open Safari (or any browser) on your iPhone.

2. In the address bar, type app.gethipposcribe.com and press enter.

3. Log in to your Hippo Scribe account if prompted.

Step 3: Upload the Audio File

1. Once logged in, tap the Upload Recording button

2. Select Choose File.

4. The Files app will open. Navigate to the location where you saved the voice memo.

5. Select the audio file.

6. The file will begin uploading to Hippo Scribe. Once the upload is complete, you’ll be able to generate documentation from the memo!
