As soon as you have logged in to Hippovibe, you get to the overview page of your horses.

If you click on one horse you get to the file of a single horse.

Here you can manage the following data:

​Furthermore: By clicking on the three lines at the top of the grey menu you can delete or archive the horse, or share the most important information about the horse with others.

We recommend that you archive horses instead of deleting them, as in this case you can still access the data and reactivate the horse at any time.

A central part of Hippovibe is the health management.

Here you have a clear list of all treatments, vaccinations, dewormings and shoeings of your horses.

Click on an entry to see all details. To enter something new, click on the plus in the bottom right corner.

Videos

Here you can store videos of for example shows and trainings of the horse. To upload videos, first connect your Hippovibe account with your YouTube account in the settings. Therefore, you have to go to settings in the bottom left corner, here to account and integrations. When you have done this, click on the plus in the bottom right corner to add a new video.

​Attachments

Under attachments you have the possibility to store documents, such as x-rays or invoices. For this you need a connection to your Google Account, because Google Drive is used as storage location. This is also done in the settings of your Hippovibe account. After you have completed the integration, you can add a new folder or a new file using the plus in the bottom right corner.

​Status

Here you can enter and follow exactly when your horse has been at what location. You can change the current status by clicking on the plus in the bottom right corner. For example, you can enter if your horse has been in another stable for a certain period of time. As soon as your horse is "absent", it no longer appears in the daily task planning for the horses.

Remarks

Under remarks you can enter whatever you want. From feeding to the right equipment, there are no limits.

​Links

Here you can add external pages, for example to show results or x-rays. Just click on the plus in the bottom right corner to add a new link. These links are also shared when you use the feature "share horse details".

Settings

Under settings you can create horse groups and teams to structure your Hippovibe account even better. The more horses you have in your account, the more useful it is to use this feature.

Horse groups could be for example: jumping horses, dressage horses or horses for sale.

A team always consists of users and horses, for example a rider with his grooms and horses.
