What can I do on the horse overview?
As soon as you have logged in, you get to the overview page of your horses.
Here you can:
Add more horses
Search for a specific horse or horse group
How do I get to the file of an individual horse?
Click on a horse and you get to the individual horse file.
Above the name and the pedigree you can upload a photo of the horse. Just click on the horse symbol and select a photo from the media library.
By clicking on the three dots in the top right corner you can delete or archive the horse, or share the most important information about the horse with others.
We recommend you to archive horses instead of deleting them, because in this case you can still access the data and reactivate the horse at any time.

Passport info
Under passport you store general horse data, IDs, the pedigree and the owner.
You can add information or make changes at any time using the pen in the top right corner.
βHealth
A central component of Hippovibe is the health management of your horses.
Under history you create a structured and clear list of all treatments, vaccinations, dewormings and shoeings of your horse. Simply click on an entry to view all details.
Hippovibe also offers you the possibility to plan upcoming health appointments. This not only gives you a unique overview of your horse's health history, but also lets you know when the next appointment is due.
Status
Here you can enter and follow exactly when your horse has been at what location. You can change the current status by clicking on the plus in the top right corner. For example, you can enter if your horse has been in another stable for a certain period of time. As soon as your horse is "absent", it no longer appears in the daily task planning for the horses.
βRemarks
Here you can enter whatever you want. From feeding to the right equipment, there are no limits.
Links
Under links you can add external pages, for example to show results or x-rays. Just click on the plus in the top right corner and enter the type of the link, give it a name and add the URL. These links are also shared when you use the feature share horse details.
Settings
Under settings you can create horse groups and teams to structure your Hippovibe account even better. The more horses you create, the more useful it is to use this feature.
Horse groups could be for example: jumping horses, dressage horses or horses for sale.
A team always consists of users and horses, for example a rider with his grooms and horses.
