How can I add a task?

You can either use the week view or the day view to manage your horses' tasks.

1. Week view

To create a task, click on the plus in the bottom right corner.

Fill in the fields task, horses and users to organise the horses' activities and define which person is responsible for them. To plan even more concretely, add a time, duration and order and use the remarks field.

By clicking on a task and then on edit, you can easily edit tasks afterwards.

When the task has been completed, simply tick it off by clicking on the task and on completed.

2. Day view

Would you like to work with the day view? Just click on day in the top left corner. You can also add tasks by clicking on the plus in the bottom right corner.

To go to the next day use the arrow next to the date on top.

If your are using a tablet in the stable, we recommend you to use the day view.

How to see only the task that are relevant to you?

To see only the tasks that interest you, use the filter on top of the page.

You can filter by a specific task, horse group, user, team, time and status.

How to manage general tasks?

To switch to the general tasks, click on the tab general on top.

General tasks are tasks that do not directly relate to your horses. For example, cleaning saddles or washing the trailer.

Again, you can add a new task by clicking on the plus in the bottom right corner.

Enter the name of the task, select one or more users and set a time for when the task should be done. Also use the filter to only see the tasks relevant for you.

By clicking on the three dots at the right of a task, you can tick off, edit or delete it.
