Will my account be activated automatically after the trial period?
No. During the 14-days trial period, you can use Hippovibe completely free of charge. If you decide to continue using Hippovibe after the trial period, you have to activate your account.

How can I activate my account?
There are several ways to activate your account:
Via computer or tablet
During the trial period, log in to your account via a computer or tablet and click on the "Activate" button at the top right.
Via the app
Shortly before the trial period expires, you will receive a message with a link to activate your account.
Moreover you find a link to the activation process in the section "More".
Via email
We will also send you an email with the link to activate your account.
How can I pay for Hippovibe?
You can decide between a quarterly or yearly invoicing period and between two payment methods: Credit card or SEPA payment.
The payment is then always automatically renewed at the end of the last invoicing period.
How do I quit my subscription?
If you want to quit your subscription again, you can go to the subscription page in your Account and click on "cancel subscription'. You can cancel your subscription until the last day before the next invoicing period starts.
