The calendar of Hippovibe is not only useful for competition planning, but also for organising your staff, riding lessons and much more!

For adding an event to the calendar, click on the plus in the bottom right corner.

Enter a name, an event type and a location. If the location is not yet stored, simply enter the new location. It will be saved automatically.

The event type helps you to filter the events in your calendar.

Next, decide whether the event takes place all day or only at a specific time.

You can also select a time period (e.g. Thursday - Sunday) and specify a repetition of the event.

Then add contacts, users and horses that will participate in this event.

In the remarks field you can also enter additional information, such as which classes are entered or which trucks or trailers are needed.

If you are looking for a specific event, use the filter on top.

In the search you can search directly for a specific event name. You can also filter by horse, event type or users.

If you want to have a better overview of the events on a particular day, you can use the week view by clicking on week on top.
