Hirebee gives the opportunity to create custom workflows for each position

It's obvious that in most companies the hiring workflow for software engineers differs from that for marketing specialists. So with Hirebee, you can create custom workflow for each position you need.

  1. Click the Tools setup drop-down menu in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Workflow.

  3. Now you can see all workflows, and if you need to add a new custom workflow, please click on the CREATE WORKFLOW button.

There are 8 stages of the default workflow which you can edit the way you want, and if you need a new stage use the button ADD NEW STAGE.

Below are 8 default stages:

  • New

  • Viewed

  • Sortlist

  • Interview Stage

  • Assessment

  • Offer

  • Hire

  • Rejection
