When you go to the Calendar section of the Hirebee platform, you can see the notes about Upcoming Events.
You see a note on the date at what time and for what stage you have an appointment, for example, an interview, a test task, etc.
By clicking on the day and time you are interested in, you have the opportunity to see with whom the corresponding meeting is scheduled, whether the given person has confirmed his presence, whether the employees of your organization included in the meeting have confirmed their presence or not.
How to add new appointments or leave reminders for team members in the calendar section?
If you want to add new appointments to your calendar, you should
select the appropriate candidate from the Applicants section
go to the candidate's page
click the Add to Calendar button on the right
click the Send email button and the candidate will receive an email about the meeting, and another meeting date will be automatically added to your calendar.
It is important to know that when the applicant confirms his presence, the date and time of his meeting are in green color in the calendar.
If you want to leave a reminder to your team member regarding that candidate, you need to do the following:
choose Add a Reminder from the buttons on the right side of the candidate's profile
fill in the appropriate fields.
After familiarizing yourself with the relevant meetings in this section, you may want to view the data of the applicant invited to the meeting. For this, you just need to click on the name of the applicant and you will be taken to the individual profile of the applicant and you will be able to see detailed information about the applicant. Only team members, not the applicants, get the reminders.
If you want to use Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar integrations, you can click the Connect Calendars button and add the integrations.
