Managing Reject Reasons for streamlined applicant tracking with Hirebee

Efficiently managing applicant rejections is crucial for maintaining clear communication and tracking progress in your hiring process. With Hirebee, you can create and manage reject reasons seamlessly. Here's a guide on how to do it:

  • Navigate the left sidebar and click on Tool Setup

  • From the dropdown menu, choose Reject Reasons

  • Click CREATE REJECT REASON

Provide a descriptive name for the reject reason. This could include reasons such as "Lack of Experience," "Not a Cultural Fit," etc. After saving the reject reason, it will now be available for use when updating applicant statuses.

When reviewing an applicant's profile, you can change their status to Reject.

During this process, you'll have the option to select from the list of predefined reject reasons you've created.
