You can progress or disposition candidates directly from HiredScore.

All status changes made in HiredScore will be reflected in your ATS either instantly or within a few minutes (the same goes for any changes you make in the ATS).

After you have reviewed a candidate’s profile in Spotlight, you can progress/disposition the candidate directly from their profile as seen below:

You can also bulk action candidates by selecting the checkbox next to the names of the candidates you wish to action and clicking off their profile (back to the candidate table).

Then, choose the “Action” drop-down, and you can change the status of chosen candidates or share them with your Hiring Manager or colleague directly from HiredScore.
