For some integration set ups, it can take a few hours (and in rare occasions, up to 24 hours) for new candidates to appear in your HiredScore. 

However, if one (or some) of your candidates do not show up in your HiredScore after 24 hours of applying, there is likely an issue with them being sent from your ATS. Shoot a quick email with the Candidate's Name, Data of Application, Requisition Title and Req ID to support@hiredscore.com. We should be albe to solve it right away!

In the occasion that a candidate disappears from your HiredScore after already having been sent to it, submit a ticket here or send an email to support@hiredscore.com!
