Why can't I see one of my Reqs in HiredScore?

If you have posted a requisition but you are not able to see it in Hiredscore, please check the following:

1. Make sure that the "ownership" filter on your My Reqs page is set to "All Reqs."

Selecting My Reqs will show you the reqs that you are the Primary Req Owner on.

All Reqs will populate all reqs that you are assigned to - as a recruiter, sourcer, collaborator, etc. in your ATS.

Usually, this selection will remain in place for any of your upcoming web sessions in HiredScore (even if you log out and back in). This may depend on your browser settings, as this can sometimes reset itself.

2. Make sure that the req isn't hidden and check that there are no filters on your req list. You can show any hidden reqs by switching on the "show hidden reqs" toggle.

3. Make sure that you have the relevant permissions for the req in your ATS (either owning or collaborating on the req).

4. Check that the req status is supported in HiredScore.

5. Check that the req country is supported in HiredScore.
