Services like Gmail and Outlook block certain emails to protect you from unwanted emails. Sometimes they will accidentally block emails that you do want to receive. Here is a guide to help you whitelist an email domain.

How to whitelist an email domain with Gmail

1. Click the cog on the top-right corner and then click on "Settings".

2. Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses".

3. Click Create a new filter and a new window will open.

4. Enter the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the From field and then click "Create filter".

5. Select "Never send it to spam" and "Create filter".

How to whitelist an email domain with Outlook

Add the address to the safe senders list.

1. At the top-left of the toolbar on Outlook, click the "Junk" option
2. A menu will appear, select the last option "Junk E-mail Options.."

3. A configuration window will open. Select the second tab "Safe Senders".

4. Click "Add", fill-in the email you would like to whitelist and hit "OK".

You should now have the desired email domain whitelisted on Outlook.
