Parameters of a Req that Matter Most to HiredScore

  • Job Title

  • Job Description (typically with basic & preferred experience, industry, education, certifications, etc.)

  • Location* of req (relevant if the Req is Remote/Open to Relocation)

  • Job Level/Job Band

  • Job Function (or equivalent field)

  • Work authorization/visa requirements

Structuring Job Descriptions - The Importance of Clarity in Req Requirements

Optimized Req Description

  • Experience as Integration Engineer in different stages of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

  • Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Automation

  • Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux Server platform

  • Deep understanding of the middleware technologies (Web Logic, WebSphere, IBM MQ Series, Oracle Tuxedo) and basic database technologies

  • Experience with CC (Configuration Control) tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline

Required Qualifications:
