Reverse Fetch is one of HiredScore’s sourcing tools. Using AI, Reverse Fetch recommends candidates and leads for up to four additional requisitions at your company that they could be a good fit for.

These recommendations are made based on the relevance of the candidate/lead's CV to the req requirements for other open requisitions at your company.

You will find the Reverse Fetch "Recommendations" tab in the candidate/ lead profiles.

Reverse Fetch recommendations for a candidate/lead will update as new, relevant requisitions are opened at your company.

After reviewing the recommendations, select "contact" to invite the lead/candidate to apply directly to the recommended req:

Select "recommend" to save the lead/candidate to the Fetch inbox of the recommended req, allowing you or your colleague to review and invite them to apply at another time:
