In addition to up to four recommendations for requisitions the candidate/lead you're reviewing could be a good fit for, you can take the following actions from the "Recommendations" tab in HiredScore:

1) Contact the recruiter or Hiring Manager for the recommended requisition (by selecting their name):

2) Select the requisition ID to be redirected to Spotlight (for the recommended requisition). You need to either own or collaborate on the req in order to view it.

3) See the "most advanced status on Req". This is telling you how far along the hiring process the leading candidate is.
