HiredScore’s Internal Fetch solution enables automatic recommendations of current

employees in a fair and efficient way for open reqs in the client’s ATS.

It provides highly qualified Internal candidates recommended within 1 hour of req opening, providing recruiters with the ability to proactively identify employees who meet the requirements for the role and who meet talent management requirements to be potentially considered.

The solution does not automatically apply or consider any employees for roles, it

solely surfaces relevant internal leads for the TA team to consider when the new role is created.

When clicking on a Req, you have two main views: Applicants and Leads. Click on Leads and choose Internal:
