Pending Actions is a unique view that shows you where all of your active applicants are sitting in the hiring funnel across all your open requisitions.

Using Pending Actions on the HiredScore Homescreen, you can easily identify any bottlenecks in your hiring funnel and quickly understand which candidates you need to progress or disposition.

Select a hiring step from the Pending Actions view. You will be redirected to the Pending Actions dashboard, where you can screen and action the priority candidates who are stuck in that specific hiring step.
