HiredScore is a screening and sourcing tool that uses AI to help you hire fairly and efficiently.

Using HiredScore every day, you will save significant time screening and sourcing. With HiredScore’s efficiency layers, you can quickly locate and action the best-fitting candidates and Leads for your open requisitions. You can communicate with them directly from HiredScore, and use HiredScore’s tools for self-governance to help you keep track of your internal KPIs and diversity and inclusion goals.

Spotlight: Your Tool For Screening Active Applicants

Using Spotlight, you can screen candidates in a requisition and use HiredScore’s efficiency tools to quickly locate and action the best-fitting applicants for your open requisitions. Below are the features available in Spotlight and how you can use them.

Grades

HiredScore automatically assigns grades (A, B, C, or D) to candidates based on how well their CV matches the skills and qualifications that you have specified in the Job Description for the req.

When screening candidates, we recommend that you sort the list of applicants by HiredScore grades (from top to bottom, A-D). This will help you quickly locate the most relevant applicants, so you spend your valuable time reviewing the candidates who are the best fit for each particular requisition.

Smart Filter and Keyword Search

In Spotlight, you can also use filters to narrow down the list of candidates and quickly locate ones with specific skills, experience, and qualifications.

The keyword search will update the list of candidates you are screening in a requisition and only show you those with the relevant skills or keywords you’ve chosen.

The filters all work on top of each other - this is especially helpful when you have a requisition with a high volume of applicants!

Candidate Profile & Insights

On the candidate’s profile, you’ll find all of the relevant information you need to make an informed decision about the applicant in one place.

You will see a smart, parsed CV outlining the candidate’s work experience, insights about the candidate, and their answers to pre-screening questions. You can also see the Job Description for the req and any history from the candidate’s previous applications to your company!

Bulk Action Capabilities

Using HiredScore, you can progress or disposition multiple candidates in one go!

You can share multiple candidates with your colleagues or your Hiring Manager for feedback and send them emails directly from HiredScore.

Pending Actions: A Unique View of your Active Applicants

Pending actions gives you a unique visual by showing you where all your active applicants are sitting across your hiring funnel for all your open requisitions.

You can use the Pending Actions view on your Home Screen to identify any bottlenecks in your hiring funnel. Click directly on the bucket with a high volume of candidates to be redirected to an actionable dashboard where you can start moving those candidates through the hiring funnel.

Fetch: Your Shortlist, Automatic Tool for Sourcing

Fetch is one of our sourcing tools that runs when you open and/or post a requisition. Fetch will provide a static list of up to 8 warm and relevant Leads for your open requisitions, which are resurfaced from your database.

When you view Fetch profiles in HiredScore, you can action them in one click and invite them to apply to the requisition.

Fetch Tip #1: Check your Fetch Inbox as soon as you post/open a requisition. You will have warm Leads to review before candidates even begin to apply!

Fetch Tip #2: Check your Fetch Inbox when you have a hard-to-fill requisition.

Dynamic Fetch: Your DynamicTool for Sourcing

Using Dynamic Fetch, you can search through your company’s database of previous applicants by adjusting filters to resurface Leads with specific skills, education, and qualifications for the requisition you are sourcing. This allows you to expand or narrow down the list of recommended Leads.

Dynamic Fetch is constantly updating as HiredScore resurfaces relevant Leads for the requisition.

MyPipelines: Enhance Your Sourcing Power

My Pipelines is an actionable dashboard you will have access to if the company you work for has integrated your CRM with HiredScore. MyPipelines reflects all public lists existing in your company’s CRM.

You can view and action all Leads within each list - sharing them with your colleagues or using HiredScore’s general reach-out email template inviting them to review open roles. When applicable, HiredScore’s Reverse Fetch recommendations will suggest up to four roles that each lead would be great for, which you can action and invite to apply directly from HiredScore.

Hiring Manager Hub

The Hiring Manager Hub is a platform for your Hiring Manager to review and action candidates in the ‘Hiring Manager’ review status.

When actioning a candidate to this status in Spotlight, the candidate will be sent automatically to the Hub for your Hiring Manager to either approve or reject. They will be able to see the candidate’s full CV, the req’s Job Description and also have access to a direct link to the candidate’s LinkedIn.

Diversity and Inclusion Suite

HiredScore offers the Diversity and Inclusion Suite - tools built to help you attract and manage diverse candidates along the funnel, starting with top-funnel solutions and supporting you throughout the hiring process. Using HiredScore’s D&I tools, you can remove unconscious and conscious bias from the hiring process to ensure that the diverse talent progresses.

Blueprint

Using Blueprint, you can identify any underrepresented groups in the potential candidate slate and adjust the job description to understand how these adjustments impact the diversity of potential applicants.

Adjustments you make to the Job Description in Blueprint will not sync back to your ATS, but when you’ve adjusted the job requirements to ensure a diverse candidate slate, you can easily export the suggested edits and share them with your Hiring Manager and team for approval before making the changes.

D&I Insights

In Spotlight, you can see candidates' gender/ethnic breakdown at each step of the hiring process if there is a minimum threshold of candidates in the selected step who have disclosed this information during their application.

As you use the filter and keyword search to narrow down the candidate list in Spotlight, the filters will update and show insights into how the filtering has affected the diversity of the applicant pool.

Masked Hiring Manager Hub

The Masked Hiring Manager Hub aims to remove any conscious and unconscious bias that may prevent Hiring Managers from progressing diverse talent. In the Masked HM Hub, fields that can lead to biased decisions are masked until the HM completes their review and moves the candidate to the relevant status, promoting bias-free hiring to help create a fair and inclusive workspace.
