Why Do Some of My Candidates Have N/A Instead of a Grade Assigned to Them?

If you see N/A instead of a grade by a candidate’s name, it usually means that HiredScore has not been able to parse this person’s resume. This may happen if HiredScore does not support the resume file type. Please see the complete list of file types that HiredScore supports here.

Another reason you may see N/A instead of a grade is if the candidate simply did not upload a resume.
