HiredScore’s AI assigns grades (A, B, C, or D) to candidates based on how well their CV matches the skills, education, and experience specified in the Job Description of the req.
You can use the HiredScore grades to help you prioritize your candidate list and understand which applicant you should screen first. Instead of prioritizing your candidate list by arbitrary data points such as the date of application or the candidate’s name, the grades help you prioritize applicants by who is the best fit for the role.
We recommend you sort the ‘HS’ grade column in Spotlight from top to bottom and start screening the candidate at the top of the list first. This candidate is the most relevant to the req based on the requirements specified in the Job Description.
