HiredScore’s candidate profile aggregates all of the relevant information you need to review to make an informed decision about the applicant. In the Candidate’s Profile, you will find:
Candidate Insights
On the left-hand side of a candidate’s profile, you will see candidate insights that highlight important information about the candidate.
Candidate insights are unique to the requisition and individual candidate, so the insights will change based on this specific information. The insights in green are all clickable, and when selected, more information about the insight will be highlighted in the candidate’s parsed CV.
Parsed CV
The smart, parsed CV is on the left-hand side of a candidate’s profile. All CVs have been parsed into the same format, so as you scroll between candidate profiles, you can easily locate the information you’re looking for.
Gaps in the CV and time in a role have been calculated automatically, and you can expand the bullets for more details about the candidate’s work experience, education or skills.
Attachments
In the Attachments Tab, you’ll find the candidate’s original CV and any additional attachments they have submitted with their application. You can also search for keywords in the candidate’s original resume, and download the CV.
Req Job Description
The job description is included in the candidate’s profile to efficiently remind yourself which skills, experience, and qualifications have been specified for the role and compare them side-by-side with the candidate’s parsed CV.
History Tab
In the history tab of a candidate’s profile, you will find the candidate’s previous engagement with your company. You will have visibility to any reqs they have previously applied to, who was on the hiring team, what status the candidate was assigned, and when that status was assigned. You will also be able to see if the candidate you are screening is currently active in another requisition.
Pre-screening Questions
If you have asked candidates to answer pre-screening questions during their application process, you’ll be able to find all of their answers in the pre-screening tab of the candidate’s profile.
Status Update
When you have reviewed a candidate’s profile and are ready to action the candidate, you can do this directly from their profile.
To disposition a candidate, select the red cross.
To progress a candidate to the next step in the hiring funnel, select the green tick or hamburger icon.
