You can access your “My Pipelines” page by hovering over our mascot JB the octopus and selecting “My Pipelines.”

Use the columns to sort the Pipelines based on your preferences (e.g number of leads, open date) or search for your desired Pipeline and select to review leads.

After you have chosen a Pipeline, you can use the filters to locate Leads with specific skill sets, experience, or qualifications.

Then, select a Lead’s name to open up their HiredScore profile.

Review the Lead’s details and check the Reverse Fetch Recommendation Tab, where HiredScore will recommend up to four requisitions the Lead could be a good fit for.

Using the Fetch Recommendations, you can either invite the Lead to apply or save the Lead to the Fetch inbox of the recommended req.

You will also have the option to remove the Lead from the Pipeline, share the Lead with your colleagues, or invite the Lead to look at your company’s career site.
