When using Dynamic Fetch, you can resurface Leads with specific skills by using the ‘required skills’ search parameter.

Type in the required skill (skills should start to auto-populate as you type):

You can add more than one required skill:

All skills written in the same search box will have an automatic “and” between them. To use HiredScore's “OR” functionality, select the green “+” button and a new search box will appear. This additional search box creates the opportunity for you to resurface Leads with different combinations of skills, as Leads will either have the skills in the first search box or the second.
