How Do I Use The Filters In Spotlight?

You can use the keyword search and filters in Spotlight and Pending Actions to locate priority candidates with specific skills, experience, and qualifications.

Adding requirements to the keyword search box will update the list of candidates and only show you applicants with that specific skill/word in their CV.

You can also filter your candidates based on:

  • Candidate type

  • Education

  • Distance from Req location

  • Visa / Sponsorship Requirements

The keyword search and filters work together, so you can use them to efficiently locate the most relevant candidates for your requisition, and save yourself significant time screening candidates that aren’t a good fit for the role.

This is a great tool to use if you have a requisition with a high volume of candidates!
