  1. Select the requisition that you want to work on from the Productivity Hub or the “My Reqs” page.

  2. Choose the relevant hiring step to start screening all applicants pending your review in that status. If there are at least 20 candidates in the selected step, HiredScore’s D&I insights will show you the gender and ethnic breakdown of the applicant pool.

3. Use the filters to locate candidates with specific skills or experience.

4. Check the D&I insights to see how your filtering actions have either increased or decreased the representation of diverse candidates in your requisition.

For example, if you filter for candidates with a Masters degree, HiredScore's D&I insights will update and show you if this requirement has increased or decreased the % of female candidates in your applicant list.
