HiredScore’s Productivity Hub (or HiredScore's HomeScreen) contains organizational tools to help you manage your daily workflow, smart notifications, personalized statistics, and a unique “Pending Actions” view.

  1. Check “My Stats” to see personalized hiring statistics and how your work aligns with your company’s internal goals and KPIs. The KPIs are customized and have been chosen by your company.

2. Check “My Notifications” to view smart, useful suggestions recommending actions you can take on your requisitions, candidates, and leads.

HiredScore notifications will alert you if there are any new candidates or leads for you to review (who are relevant to the req requirements), if there are actions you can take on your requisitions to (align with your company goals, or to notify you of bottlenecks in your hiring funnel.

Click the highlighted green text below the notification and you will be redirected to the page in HiredScore where you can take the recommended action.

3. Check the “Pending Actions” view, showing you where all active candidates are sitting across the hiring funnel for all of your open requisitions.

Use “Pending Actions” to identify bottlenecks in your hiring funnel - it’s easy to spot if there is a large volume of candidates stuck in a specific step!

Select the step of the hiring funnel that you want to work on and you’ll be redirected to the Pending Actions dashboard, where you can screen and action candidates pending your review in that step across all of your requisitions!

4. "My Reqs” shows all of the requisitions that you either own or collaborate on in your ATS. You will see key data points about each requisition, and can use HiredScore’s organizational tools and sortable columns to prioritize your req list.

Select the req you want to work on from the Productivity Hub, or you can access HiredScore’s “My Reqs” page from the sidebar. Take a look at our “My Reqs” User Guide to learn how you can get the most out of this feature!
