What is HiredScore’s My Reqs page?

My Reqs shows you all the requisitions you either collaborate on or own.

The efficiency tools in your My Reqs page will help you organize and prioritize your req list. Within the My Reqs page, you will find smart filters, the option to favorite or hide requisitions, and sortable columns with key req data points.

How Do You Use My Reqs?

  1. To view a list of all the requisitions you own or collaborate on, go to the My Reqs page via the HiredScore sidebar.

  2. Open the smart filters by selecting the filter icon (left-hand side).

  3. Organize your list of requisitions and filter by req ownership, country, Hiring Manager, city, job level, status and more.

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have requests for new filters to help you prioritize your req list!

  4. Organize and prioritize your list of requisitions by the data point most important to you (for example, req open date or number of pending applicants).

Click the column title to sort your req list by this chosen data point.

  5. The “HS” column shows you whether or not candidates (in that specific requisition) have been assigned HiredScore grades. A green tick mark means the req is graded, whereas a grey dash means it has not been graded.

  6. Select the star icon to favorite your high priority requisitions. This pins the starred req(s) to the top of your My Req list, so you can easily locate and work on them. Reqs that you star will stay at the very top of your req list, regardless of how columns are sorted.

  7. Switch off the “show” toggle to hide requisitions that aren’t relevant to your daily workflow and can be hidden from view in your req list.

  8. When you want to show the hidden reqs, switch on the “Hidden Reqs” toggle in the My Reqs filter.

  9. After organizing your list of requisitions, click on the requisition you want to work on. You’ll be taken to Spotlight, where you can screen and action candidates who have applied to that req.
