What Is Dynamic Fetch?

Dynamic Fetch is HiredScore’s dynamic sourcing tool, where you can run your own search through your company’s database of past applicants and resurface them as leads for your open requisitions.

By adjusting the filters, you can manually narrow or widen the pool of leads you have to review, and efficiently locate the most relevant leads for your requisitions. Then, you can invite the leads to apply directly from HiredScore.

When Should I Use Dynamic Fetch?

You can use Dynamic Fetch once a requisition is opened/posted. If you are working on a requisition that is hard to fill, removing restrictive requirements from the search parameters will increase the volume of potential leads.

How Do I Use Dynamic Fetch?

  1. Select the requisition you wish to source candidates for on the “My Reqs” page or the HiredScore HomeScreen. Next, choose the “Leads” tab and then “Dynamic Fetch."

  2. The filters are pre-filled based on the req requirements specified in the job description. The first list of leads you see in Dynamic Fetch is resurfaced based on those requirements.

  3. Adjust the search parameters to widen or narrow the pool of potential candidates you can review and invite to apply to the requisition. Use the filters to locate warm leads with specific qualities required for the requisition (e.g., education, industry experience, management experience).

  4. Use the “Required Skills” box to locate leads with all required skill sets.

  5. After adjusting the search parameters to resurface relevant leads, you can locate key information about each lead by opening up their HiredScore profile.

  6. Review the lead’s HiredScore profile.

  7. When you are ready to make a decision about the lead, you can action them directly from their profile.

  8. When you save a lead to Fetch, view your Fetch inbox to review them. Use the “New-Saved” filter to quickly locate and review the leads you have saved.

  9. If you invite a Fetch lead to apply to a req, and they do, you will find the Fetch lead in Spotlight as an active applicant. You can locate Fetch leads that you’ve invited to apply in three ways:
