What Is Reverse Fetch?

Reverse Fetch is one of HiredScore’s sourcing tools. Using AI, Reverse Fetch recommends candidates and leads for up to four additional requisitions at your company that they could be a good fit for (based on the relevance of their CV to req requirements for other open reqs at your company).

You can invite leads/candidates to apply directly to the recommended req, or save them to the Fetch inbox of that req, allowing you or your colleague to review and invite them to apply at another time.

You can find Reverse Fetch recommendations for your candidates/leads in Spotlight, Fetch, Dynamic Fetch, My Pipelines, and Global Talent Search (depending on the setup decided for your company).

How Do I Use Reverse Fetch?

  1. To check a candidate/ lead’s Reverse Fetch recommendations, select the “Recommendations” tab in their profile.

  2. If the lead or candidate is a good fit for open roles at your company, you will see up to four requisition recommendations.

  3. Select the recruiter’s name to send them a direct email.

  4. If you want to invite the candidate / lead to apply to the recommended req, select “contact” and send the pre-populated email inviting them to apply.

  5. Recommend the candidate or lead to the req (without directly inviting them to apply) by selecting “Recommend”. This will save the candidate / lead to the Fetch inbox of the recommended requisition.

  6. Selecting the req ID (in green) will direct you to the Fetch inbox for that requisition. From Fetch, you can screen and action the leads that have been recommended to the role.

You can easily identify leads found through Reverse Fetch by using the “New-Recommended” status filter.
