What Is Global Talent Search?

Global Talent Search is a sourcing tool that allows you to search your company’s database of previous applicants and resurface leads with the qualifications, experience, and skills you need to fill your open requisitions.

You can view and action Leads using HiredScore's smart profile. The Reverse Fetch “Recommendations” tab will show you if the Lead you’re reviewing is relevant for any open roles at your company. You can also save Leads to the Fetch inbox of any open requisition at your company, or invite them to apply to review your company’s career site.

How Do I Use The Global Talent Search?

  1. Access your “Talent Search” page by hovering over our mascot JB the octopus and selecting “Talent Search.”

  2. Choose the relevant locations and add the job title you are looking to fill.

  3. You can search for a specific lead in your company’s database using the “Name” filter.

  4. Use the filters and adjust the search parameters to resurface leads who have the required years of experience, skills, education level, or languages. You can also search for leads who worked at a preferred company in the past or who have a specific major.

  5. Update the “Last Applied” filter to review the leads who previously applied to another role at your company or were added to a pipeline within the selected timeframe.

  6. Select a lead’s name to open up their HiredScore profile. Review the lead’s history with your company and their parsed CV.

  7. Check the Reverse Fetch Recommendation Tab. HiredScore recommends up to four requisitions the lead could be a good fit for (based on the relevance of the lead to open requisitions at your company). You can invite the lead to apply to the role or save (recommend) the lead to the Fetch inbox of the recommended requisition.

  8. Based on your company's configurations, you can add the lead to a Pipeline, save the lead to the Fetch inbox of any open requisition, or direct the lead to look at your company’s career site.
