What Is HiredScore’s Self-Service Reporting?

HiredScore’s self-service reporting gives you 24/7 access to your data and visibility into HiredScore license utilization on both a high level and per user.

With key metrics available in-app, you can easily measure the usage of each product, identify trends with actionable insights, and monitor and track adoption and statusing, all within your desired timeframe.

How Do I Access HiredScore’s Self-Service Reporting?

  1. Log into your HiredScore account (available to admin users)

  2. Access your “Reports” by selecting the “Reports” Tab from the sidebar

How Do I Use HiredScore’s Self-Service Reporting?

  1. Select the relevant date range for your report. When selecting the date range it’s recommended to choose “complete weeks/months.’ You can gain further insights by viewing trends in the metrics over time by segmenting the time period by date, week, month or year.

    • Selecting month will show you data for the full month (or 1st until today)

    • Selecting week will show you data from Monday-Sunday

    • Selecting year will show you data from 01-Jan of the specified year (until today)

    • If you don’t want to segment the data select none

    • To compare data month over month, segment by month and select the relevant months

    • For more actionable conclusions, compare longer time frames (month/week instead
      of day).

2. Select the relevant User Region and User Location:

3. Choose “admin” and/or “user” to determine which persona metrics to include in the report

4. Select the update icon to generate your report

5. Download the entire report as PDF or CSV

6. Review key metrics for your selected date range:

  • Total HS active users:
    The total number of users who have used HiredScore within the date range

  • Total users that didn’t use HS:
    The total number of users who have used HiredScore in the past but have not logged in within the the date range

  • Total users never onboarded:
    The total number of users who have never logged into HiredScore

7. Click on a number to find out more information about these users. You can export this data by choosing “download”.

8. Review high level HiredScore user adoption by percentage:

9. Understand which products are being utilized by users with HS Product Usage:

10. Review “Metrics Over time” to easily identify trends and understand product usage during the chosen date range. Export the data or hover over each graph for more information.

Select the “Review Over Time Metrics by User Attribute” button to dive further into the data and view these metrics segmented by user location or region.
