User: Any HiredScore license holder (including Recruiters and Sourcers)

(HS) Hiredscore Active Days: A day that a user performed at least one action in HiredScore (this can include using filters, opening a profile, making a supported status change, reviewing a Fetch lead or making a Dynamic Fetch search)

HiredScore Activity: User has logged in and used HiredScore at least once during the time period

Potential Active Days: Days where the user has statused applications on either the ATS or HiredScore

(HS) HiredScore Adoption (%): HiredScore Active Days ÷ Potential Days

Total HS Active Users: The total number of users with HS active days during the time period

Statusing: Changing the status of a candidate (in a phase of the hiring process supported by HiredScore)

Total Status Changes: all status changes that could be made in HiredScore, regardless of whether they are done in HiredScore or ATS

Average Statusing: Statusing in HiredScore ÷ Total Status Changes

Reqs with Fetch Viewed: How many requisitions had Fetch recommendations viewed
