How Do I Use HiredScore’s Fetch Usage and Application Report?
Choose the “Fetch Usage and Applications Demo” tab. Select the relevant date range for your report. When selecting the date range, it’s recommended to choose “complete weeks/months.”
If you want a specific breakdown, select the relevant User Region, User Group and User Location.
Review key metrics for your selected date range:
Fetch Users:
The number of users who have viewed Fetch on at least one req in the selected time period. Same definition as in the User Adoption report (Total Fetch Users).Total Users:
The number of users who have used HS in any capacity within the time period selected. Same definition as in the User Adoption report (Total HS Active Users)
4. Review Fetch Conversion Report (Monthly data only)
View how many Fetch-attributed applications there were in the date range selected.
Fetch-attributed Applications: A Fetch lead who converts into a candidate within 180 days of their profile being viewed or actioned in Fetch.
Fetch-attributed applications are shown according to where they are in each step of the hiring funnel (Applied, HM Review, Interview, Offered, Hired) and in the selected date range.
5. Review the Fetch-Converted Applications (by Fetch Recruiter)
This report shows the users who have positively actioned or viewed Fetch leads that converted into applicants.
Total Applications shows the number of Fetch conversions during your selected time frame
All additional metrics and conversions in the table may have occurred outside of the selected time period.
