Auto-pay: For both musicians and those who hire them, Hire Notes will handle processing smoothly behind the scenes. Once a payment method is added to the record, all client charges are scheduled and payouts disbursed appropriately amongst the musician group
Legal and Tax automation: Hire Notes takes care of verifying identity and accounts of musicians, as well as collecting W9 tax forms and issuing 1099s automatically
Protections for Patrons
Professionalism Guarantee: When you pay online using Hire Notes, musicians are required to offer you a professionalism guarantee. If timeliness and timelines are not met during your performance you will be eligible for refunds
Dispute Resolution: For issues that may be more complex to asses than timeliness or timelines, you can submit a dispute with supporting evidence and Hire Notes will assess and process remedies
