How transfers work
You get 3 free transfers
Each transfer sends your current available balance to your nominated bank account
Most couples wait until just after their wedding to make the final transfer (to catch last-minute gifts).
How to request a transfer
Head to your Contributions page and click 'Transfer Now' to send money to your bank account. If you haven't added bank details yet, you’ll be prompted to do that first.
Next, you'll be asked to review your bank details to make sure everything’s correct. This helps ensure your funds land safely in the right account.
Need an extra transfer?
If you've already used your 3 free transfers and need another, you can request one manually. Contact us with the subject line: Emergency Payout.
There's a $10 USD fee for any additional transfers.
