If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they should raise it with HLH Rapid within 7 business days of receiving the order.
After reviewing the order, we may be able to replace or rework the parts free of charge. However, if the issue hasn’t been raised within the time period specified, HLH will assume that they buyer has accepted the sample or goods.
