We accept investors residing in all countries of the world, except residents of countries considered high-risk for money laundering by the European Commission (list) or individuals under sanctions.
Individuals
Individuals can invest through Homaio. However, we do not yet allow minors to invest on Homaio.
We allow Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) to invest, but they are automatically identified and subject to enhanced monitoring.
Legal entities
Legal entities with a SIRET number and a Kbis (for French tax-resident entities) can invest through Homaio.
However, we do not yet allow self-employed sole proprietors (auto-entrepreneurs) to invest via Homaio, as the regulatory framework differs.
Please note, only the UBO (ultimate beneficiary owner) of the company can open an account in the company's name.
