When you subscribe to a product developed and distributed by Homaio, you pay entry fees as well as management fees.
Management fees cover the secure custody of your investment assets and the operational maintenance of the platform.
These fees are a percentage* of the average value of your portfolio throughout the year. We calculate the average of the daily values based on the closing price of the assets. Each day, these fees are accrued from your asset amount (EUA or UKA) and deducted on each anniversary date of your subscription (or at the time you sell your bonds).
