To view your token number and load your purchased units, please follow these steps:
Log into your Home+ App
On the home screen, at the bottom, you'll find a menu bar. Select "Prepaid."
In the "Prepaid" section, select "Electricity."
On the left-hand side, choose "Electricity Tokens β View Tokens."
View all your purchased tokens.
