We truly hope you love your Homebody products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may make a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the policies set forth below.
Please note: Shipping, delivery, and Shipping Insurance fees are non-refundable with the exception of transit damage.
Returns and exchanges can only be accepted from the address it was originally delivered to, within the 48 contiguous US states.
This return policy only applies to sofas, sectionals and recliners.
Returns made within 14 days of delivery:
No return shipping fees apply.
Original packaging is required. If you no longer have your original packaging, a $250 fee will apply for us to deliver new packaging. (This does not apply to white glove delivery.)
Returns made between 15 and 60 days after delivery:
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns & exchanges. The fee is 20% of the order value prior to any discounts or special offers, with a minimum fee of $500.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, sellable, and with the original packaging.

Homebody reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email us at support@stayhomebody.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wish to return.
If your order is eligible for return, we will communicate any fees that will be associated with the return.
Next, we will coordinate with you and our delivery carrier for pickup.
Once we receive your return at the warehouse, our team will inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise meets the return requirements listed above, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment. This refund will reflect any deductions made for applicable shipping costs and restocking fees.
Please note: because we work with a third-party to provide affordable return shipping fees to our customers (typically a fraction of the cost of actual shipping) your refund can take up to 30 days to become available on your original form of payment.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Defective or damaged orders are covered by our Warranty. Please notify us immediately upon receipt if your item arrives defective or damaged, and we will make it right.
If we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you choose to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, the order will be treated as a standard return (refund, less applicable fees - restocking and/or packaging).
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge up until the order has shipped, at which time shipping fees may apply.
Price Adjustments
As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment prior to shipping and within 14 days of the date ordered.
