Connecting your camera
Plug the OneFit connector (the lightning plug) fully into your phone, with the lenses facing away from the screen.
If your phone has a thick case, adjust the blue dial on the OneFit connector and extend it to the right length.
Press the button below the camera. The light should turn orange. If no light appears, the camera needs to be charged.
Once connected, the orange light changes to blinking green. You're ready to scan.
Charging the camera
Use the USB-C cable that came with your kit and plug it into a wall outlet.
Charge for about 40 minutes.
The light will flash green while charging and turn steady green when fully charged.
Troubleshooting
The camera won't connect to my phone
Remove your phone case. Thick cases can prevent a full connection.
Make sure the OneFit connector is fully seated.
Check that the camera is charged (orange light when you press the button).
Force-close and reopen the HomeBoost app, then reconnect.
My images look blurry
You may have touched the lens. Take a soft cloth, dampen it with warm water, wring it out, and gently wipe the lens.
Make sure you're holding the camera steady. Thermal cameras need a moment to focus.
