Install the HomeHunter Chrome Extension

Add the extension, connect it to your account, and start auto-tracking your property searches in seconds.

The HomeHunter Chrome extension captures every listing you view and neatly syncs your favorites to the dashboard. Follow these steps to install (or reinstall) the extension and confirm it’s connected.


1. Open the Chrome Web Store Listing

From your dashboard’s header, click Install Extension—or visit the link on the Chrome Web Store.

  1. Click Add to ChromeAdd Extension.

  2. Chrome confirms the installation and pins the icon to your toolbar.

Tip: If you don’t see the icon, click the puzzle-piece 🧩 and pin HomeHunter.


2. Check Your Extension Status

Back in the dashboard, look at the Extension Sync Button in the header:

Install Extension

We can’t detect the Chrome add-on.

Click to open the Chrome Web Store and install.

Sign In to Extension

Add-on found, but nobody’s signed in.

Open the extension and sign in, or simply click Sync Now.

Sync Sessions

Extension is signed in as a different user.

Log out inside the extension, then press Sync to link it to you.

Language Mismatch

Extension language differs from your dashboard.

Hit Sync to match languages.

Extension Synced

Everything is connected and up-to-date.

Click anytime to open the extension popup.


3. Reinstalling After Uninstall

If you remove the extension, we show a friendly Goodbye page with a Reinstall Extension button. Tap it to jump straight back to the Web Store and add it again—no hunting for links.


Quick Recap

  1. Click Install Extension → Add to Chrome.

  2. Check extension status in your dashboard:

    • Install, sign in, or sync as needed.

  3. Extension Synced → You’re ready! Every listing you view will now appear in your HomeHunter history and favorites automatically.
