The Professional Dashboard is your control center for nurturing clients and monitoring performance. This guide explains how to read key metrics, navigate your contact list, export data, and dive into individual profiles. Screenshot placeholders indicate where to drop your own images.
1. Check Your Key Metrics
At the top of the page you’ll see four stat cards:
Card | What It Shows |
Total Downloads | Number of buyers who downloaded a file you shared (e.g., market reports). |
Total Contacts | Count of leads you’ve added or invited. |
Total Searched Homes | Listings these contacts have viewed. |
Total Saved Homes | Homes they’ve favorited. |
Mobile Tip: On phones, tap Metrics Overview to slide the stats panel up from the bottom; tap Close to hide it.
2. Search & Paginate Your Contacts
Search Bar: Type a name or email—results filter as you type.
Pagination Controls: At the bottom, use arrows or page numbers to flip through large lists.
3. Export Your Contact List
Need a CSV for your CRM or mailing tool?
Click Export Contacts in the header.
A toast appears: “Initiating export…”
We’ll notify you (and add a Download button) when it’s ready.
Exports run in the background, so feel free to keep working.
4. View & Edit Individual Contacts
Click any row to open the Contact Sidebar.
See the buyer’s profile photo (or initials), full name, email, and phone.
Tabs show Browsing History and Favorites—perfect for personalized follow-ups.
Edit details or remove a contact right inside the sidebar.
5. Invite Your First Contact
If your list is empty, you’ll see a friendly prompt:
Tap Copy Invite Link to share a sign-up URL.
Or choose Invite Contacts to email prospects directly from HomeHunter.
