Set Up Regions & Service Areas

Choose the markets you serve and pinpoint the cities or neighborhoods where buyers will see your profile.

Updated over a week ago

HomeHunter lets you manage multiple Regions (think: “Paris Metro,” “Nantes,” “Lyon”)—each with its own branding, contact info, and service-area map. Within each region, you can add specific Service Areas so your profile shows up only where you do business. Follow the steps below to configure both.

1. Understand Why Regions Matter

Open Settings › Regions and you’ll see an info panel explaining the benefits:

  • Locations & Coverage – tailor where buyers can discover you.

  • Region Members & Collaborators – assign teammates per market.

  • Branding & Contact Info – use unique logos, phone numbers, and bios per region.

Tap Learn More for a short “Understanding Regions” dialog.

2. Pick the Region You’re Editing

At the top of the page, click the Region dropdown. You’ll see every professional profile tied to your account—with region names and logos side-by-side. Select one to load its settings.

3. Add Service Areas

  1. Tap Add Service Area (or the big prompt if you have none).

  2. Type a city, state, or neighborhood—suggestions appear instantly.

  3. Click a result to save it. A toast confirms success.

Repeat to cover all the locations you want.

4. Remove a Service Area

  • Hover an area chip and click the trash icon.

  • Confirm in the pop-up dialog (“Remove Toronto?”).

  • The area disappears and a toast says Removed.

5. Why Service Areas Boost Visibility

Click Why Locations? for a quick primer that pops up the “Understanding Locations” dialog:

  • Connect with Local Clients – show up for buyers searching in your target neighborhoods.

  • Showcase Expertise – highlight the markets you know best.

  • Optimize Presence – compare performance stats across different areas.

Quick Recap

  1. Settings › Regions → choose the region you want to manage.

  2. Add Service Areas with the search box; remove with the trash icon.

  3. Dialogs explain how regions & locations help you appear to the right buyers.

Set up a clear regional presence today so HomeHunter can match you with home shoppers exactly where you do business.
