Providers: Account Setup and Team Management

Set up your Homeroom provider account, update company info, and manage your team.

Setting Up Your Provider Account

When invited by a school organizer, you'll receive an email to create your Homeroom provider account. Follow the link to set your password and complete your profile.

Updating Your Company Information

Go to Settings > Company Info to update your business name, address, logo, and contact details.

Adding Team Members

Navigate to Settings > Team Members and invite colleagues by email. They'll receive an invitation to join your provider account.

Managing Notification Preferences

Each team member can customize which email notifications they receive under Settings > Notifications.
